SM Chimney Sweep offer a full installation service, from start to finish, for your wood burning and multi fuel stoves. All our fitters are HETAS registered. All our engineers work in house, we do not sub-contract any work, so you can have complete confidence in all your requirements undertaken by SM Chimney Sweep as we are fully experienced and specialists in all areas of stove installation.
Our services focus on your specific needs and individual requirements together with complying to current building regulations.
The first step is to arrange for one of our design team to pay a visit to your home. This can be at a day and time that suits yourself.
Our design team will go though all the different options with you, from hearths to the different stoves that you can choose from. We will provide details of the best appliance options available for your home and talk you through exactly what is involved in the installation process.
Once we have completed the home visit, we will contact you via email within 24 hours with a written quote.
Should you choose to go ahead with the quotation, we will contact you confirming a booking on a day that best suits you. NB: We do all installations Monday to Friday.
Also, if there is any planning permission needed it would be the customers responsibility to apply for the said planning permission.
We will arrive on the day of the installation in the morning to begin the work. Once finished, the HETAS installation team will clean up and demonstrate how to use the appliance.
All HETAS documentation will be sent direct from HETAS.
We can source and fit the majority of stoves.
